Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Human Resources to join our team and drive our people strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall HR strategy and operations for KÉR TÀR AGRO.
- Develop and implement *HR policies, procedures, and best practices* aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Manage staff training, development, and performance evaluation* processes.
- Ensure compliance with Cameroonian labor laws and occupational health and safety standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop compensation and benefits structures in collaboration with management.
- Provide strategic HR insights to support business growth and organizational culture.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor’s degree in *Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of *Cameroon labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office* and HR management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and French is highly preferred.
