REPORTING TO: I & E manager
CLOSING DATE: 30/12/2022.
Purpose of statement:
The B & I inspector will have the responsibility to set up and develop the structure for the provision of Building & infrastructure services and ensure the management of personnel and equipment as required.
Responsibilities

• Ensure the administrative and commercial management of B&I activities
• Drawing up quotations, invitations to tender, etc.
• Establish an intervention plan (personnel, equipment, consumables, procedures, specifications, etc.)
• Carry out the work according to the order, manage the teams, apply the principles of integrity
• Ensure the administrative and commercial management of B&I activities
• Examination of technical documents by ensuring to use the adequate reference (standards)
• Ensure the control of operational costs and the good profitability of the B&I activities
• Achieve the operational and financial objectives set by the line manager
• Ensure control and land in the field of projects
• Ensure the documentation of the tasks performed.
• Participate in staff training and knowledge / experience sharing.
   

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer registered member NOCE (National Order for Civil Engineers of Cameroon)
• At least 10 years' professional experience in the construction sector
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Mastery of CAD software (AutoCAD, Robot structural analysis or equivalent, etc)
• Notions on technical construction control processes according to standard P 03 100.
• Ability to carry out the examination of the technical construction documents (plan, calculation note, etc.) and writing report and technical advice.
