We are looking for an Archiving and Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
based in Douala.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Missions
- Ensure the policy of collection, digitizing, preserving, filing, and communicating within the company.
- Ensure stock management for the company's warehouse.
Mains Activities
- Collecting documents from the various departments and making them available in the business software.
- Drawing up filing, sorting and conservation plans for archives in compliance with the digital archive management policy.
- Legal monitoring of archive management.
- Monitoring stock levels and issuing purchase requisitions.
- Receive orders and ensure conformity between purchase order and delivery.
- Enabling transparent management of office supplies by keeping daily stock sheets in Excel format.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills
- Good knowledge of the legal framework for archives and data protection (GDRP).
- Good knowledge of inventory techniques.Good knowledge of the Pack Office.
- Good knowledge of storage techniques
Special requirements
- Ability to adapt to any situation and to work in a team.
- Bilingual.
Prerequisite
- Education : 2 years' higher education in documentation, logistics or equivalent
- 02 years' experience in a similar position.
