Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom sector, focusing on Voice and SMS solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company’s Voice and SMS offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their communication needs and propose tailored solutions to solve their challenges.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and resolve any client issues.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, monitor progress toward targets, and report on key performance metrics using CRM tools.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A strong interest in sales and the telecom industry, with a passion for learning about Voice and SMS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of telecom products (Voice, SMS) is a plus but not essential.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in telecom or technology-related industries.
- Familiarity with Voice and SMS solutions, with an understanding of their use cases in business communication.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in negotiations, closing sales, and managing client expectations.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales activities and manage accounts.
- A proactive, consultative approach to selling and client management.
