Poste proposé : Senior IT Manager - Yaoundé
We are looking for a Senior IT Manager.
The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems while aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise across enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams, including infrastructure, applications, and support functions
- Oversee IT operations, systems availability, network performance, and cybersecurity
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement
- Drive digital transformation, system upgrades, and automation initiatives
- Ensure data integrity, system security, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement technology solutions
- Establish IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve efficiency and competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and data protection requirements
Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior IT Manager - Yaoundé
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) will be an advantage
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT environments

- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, databases, and enterprise applications
