             A HSE Manager (Location Douala) pour un Contrat à Durée Indéterminé

                                                            Missions :

The main mission of the position will be to propose a safety policy according to the Health, Safety and Environment standards and regulations. Your missions will consist in:

  Formalize the processes and procedures necessary for the operation of the organization

  Keep a permanent watch on safety and environmental regulations and legislation

  Establish prevention programs to reduce incidents, work accidents and occupational diseases

  Ensures the implementation of safety measures for employees, industrial facilities and products

  Leads a team of HSE referents

  Raise awareness of the HSE approach and compliance with HSE procedures among teams

  Carry out audits based on internal or external standards

                                               Profiles Sought After  :

 Have a BAC+5 in HSE or equivalent;

 Have 8 to 10 years of experience in work related to electrical projects;

 Know how to analyze risks;

 Master modeling and simulation software;

 Mastery of the Pack Office

 Master the management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ;

 Master the pedagogical skills;

 Have a sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization;

 Be autonomous;

 Be perfectly bilingual;

 A team player; 

 A sense of ethics and honesty;

 Respect for hierarchy and company policies.
