We are offering a dynamic internship opportunity for a Sales and Support Analyst to join our fast-paced team. This internship will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in the VoIP and A2P SMS industry, offering exposure to both sales and customer support functions.
As a Sales and Support Analyst Intern, you will support our sales and customer service teams in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing customer inquiries, and driving the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to build a career in the telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and sales documentation.
- Customer Support: Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, and live chat, helping troubleshoot service-related issues.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to support the sales team with insights and data.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the company’s VoIP and A2P SMS products and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist with updating CRM systems, maintaining records, and generating reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales and Support Analyst - Douala
- Age: Between 19-25 years.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, VoIP, or SMS services is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
