UCB, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to optimize and standardize packaging operations in a dynamic industrial environment.

– Key responsibilities include:
Driving loss elimination through WCM tools and coaching
Monitoring line efficiency (OEE)
Aligning SAP system data
Training teams on accurate data capture

Required Profile:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety, HSE or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Team player, analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills
