Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Missions
- Control all operational aspects including customer service, administrative tasks and sales in line with the company's vision and objectives.
- Manage and lead sales activities, monitor and analyse the results of the Agency.
Main activities
- Improving the portfolio and agent retention rate.
- Monitor the transmission of auto production to the technical department and the daily reporting of accounts to the finance department.
- Improve the presence and reputation of the agency and the company, as well as customer/agent relations.
- Develop a network of institutional partners and business introducers at local level.
- Carry out competitive intelligence and provide reports to this effect.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills
- Mastery of insurance techniques.
- Good knowledge of the CIMA code
- Mastery of sales techniques
- Good analytical and management skills
Special requirements
- Good knowledge of the office Pack (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Bilingual
Prerequisite
- Education: minimum 3/4 years of higher education in Insurance, Sales Management, Marketing.
- Minimum 05 years' experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual.
