As part of the development of our activities, Sunday Events Cameroun is looking for freelance Business Commercial Development Managers in the cities of Buea, Yaoundé, and Bafoussam. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and developing customer loyalty. You contribute to the company's growth by developing strategic partnerships and maximizing business opportunities.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Business development:
- Identify new markets and segments or development opportunities.
- Prospect for new customers (calls, emails, visits, trade shows).
- Follow up opportunities until contracts are signed.
Customer relationship management:
- Be the preferred contact for customers and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Propose solutions tailored to their needs.
Business analysis and strategy:
- Monitor competition and sectors to anticipate market trends.
- Monitor and analyze performance (KPIs, activity reports).
- Propose corrective actions to achieve objectives.
Business development :

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Education: Bachelor or Master in business, management, or equivalent.
Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills (ability to create solid partnerships).
- Ability to listen, team spirit, rigor, and autonomy.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and sector.
Languages: Fluency in French, a good level of English is an asset.
