We are hiring for our client, an industrial company, a Electromechanical Supervisor (H/F) in Democratic republic of Congo (Kinshasa).

Main responsibility :

Under the Site Manager, the Electromechanical Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of all equipment assembly works in the substation.

Functions : 

- Assembly of boards :  Assembly of control and protection board and assembly of AC DC auxiliary services boards,

- Connection of patio equipment,

- Assembly of Transformers,

-Assembly of Cells,

- Connection of the boards, 

- Organization of existing cable and lines of new control, communications, fiber optic cables, etc, 

-  Wiring and connection of control panels and protections, 

- Wiring and connection of equipment, 

- Assembly, calibration and connection of disconnectors, 

- Supervision of assembly from mesh to ground, gantry structures, beams and patio equipment,

- Commissioning tests.

Hard skills :

- It´s no mandatory any bachelor’s degree

- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, English is a plus

- 5 or more years field experience, in new substations and rehabilitations

- Strong experience in 220, 132, 33 y 6,6 Kv substations.

Soft skills :

- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills, 

- Ability to work with multiple discipline people and excellent supervision skills,

- Passionate about Africa.
