We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Communications Project Manager, a proactive professional who will work closely with the CEO to manage projects, coordinate branding campaigns, and translate big ideas into systems and results. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to grow into a Brand Projects Manager role.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee client projects, branding campaigns, and events.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients, partners, and team members.
- Support the creation and rollout of content (social media, decks, newsletters, presentations).
- Draft and refine client proposals, reports, and follow-up communication.
- Develop and maintain project systems (calendars, CRM, task tracking).
- Supervise interns, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute ideas for scaling services into products (courses, workshops, certifications).
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or project management (agency, NGO, or consulting background is a plus).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Trello/Asana, social media platforms).
- A self-starter with ambition to grow into a leadership role.
