We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist with expertise in office building construction to ensure the seamless acquisition and management of resources for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgets.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for office building construction projects.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to construction sites while minimizing costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials used on-site.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical procurement practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to anticipate and address supply chain needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and vendor networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and international sourcing.
