Position: Sales Officer (Business to Business)
Key duties:
- Identify & secure business opportunities
-Develop customized targeted sales strategies & channels
-Build sustainable business relationships with current & potential clients
Job type: Permanent
Location: Douala
-Understand client needs & offer solutions and support
-Respond to potential client questions and follow-up call questions in a timely manner
-Create & maintain a list/database of prospect clients
-Cold calling & emailing to potential clients & close sales
-Work with the client through the entire lifespan journey
-Collaborate with management on sales goals on how to secure, retain & grow accounts
- Plan & forecast & maintain short- and long-term business development plans
-Create informative presentations & present information to
potential clients

Educational qualification:
A business related degree is required. A Marketing/Sales Degree is preferred
Work experience & skills required:
-Minimum 3 years of related experience in a telecom environment -Sound knowledge of business to business sales -Excel in client acquisition, management & retention -Ability to lead & consistently coach a team for high performance & target attainment
