Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Role Summary
As the Projects Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of solar installation projects - from planning and budgeting to implementation and post-installation support. You'll manage project teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of solar installation projects
- Manage relationships with clients
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Carry out feasibility studies and implementation planning
- Schedule and supervise the installation teams
- Manage quality control and commissioning activities
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction sector
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Nitty, Trello, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Cameroon
