Poste proposé : Hardware Sales Manager - Douala
We are looking for a Hardware Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong partnerships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and resolving customer issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Actively expand the customer base by prospecting new clients and identifying potential market opportunities.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Continuously collect and analyze market data to track actual market price trends for tire products. Conduct in-depth competitor research to obtain key information on product features, marketing strategies, and market share, providing robust support for developing targeted company strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement: Fully accomplish established sales performance metrics by creating and executing personalized sales plans. Utilize effective sales techniques to increase product volume and revenue.
- Accounts Receivable Risk Management: Strictly monitor customer receivables, establish robust tracking mechanisms, pursue timely collections, and mitigate financial risks.
- Policy Compliance: Strictly adhere to company and hardware department regulations to ensure standardized and compliant business operations.
- Team Management Capabilities: Adopt a goal-oriented, people-centered approach. Resolve practical challenges through coordination, empowerment, and collaboration to achieve efficient, high-quality sales targets.
