Poste proposé : Hydra crane operator (French and English speaking) - Douala
- Operate hydraulic cranes safely and efficiently according to company policies and industry regulations;
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition;
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to plan lifts and ensure proper load handling;
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including lift plans, inspections, and maintenance logs;
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site;
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed;
- Assist in training new operators and crew members on safe operation practices.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Hydra crane operator (French and English speaking) - Douala
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus;
- Valid crane operator certification (e.g., NCCCO, CCO) and any other required licenses;
- Proven experience operating hydraulic cranes in [specific environments, e.g., construction, industrial];
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor when necessary.
