Description
The Branch Sales Manager – Africa Region is responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales team, ensuring SOP compliance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as marketing and processing teams. The individual will act as a central point of leadership for all operational and sales-related functions within the assigned African branch(es), ensuring productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Graduate degree in any discipline (business, international relations, or marketing preferred).
- 4+years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the immigration or education consultancy sector – if possible but the position is critical if we are unable to find someone from Immigration background then we should look for someone from Service industry with 4-5 years of experience .
- Minimum 2 year of team handling experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage performance metrics
