OFFRE D'EMPLOI : Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join a financial institution based in Douala. You’ll oversee our digital wallet operations and customer services teams;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and improve operational and customer services processes for the digital wallet business to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and managing costs.
  • Work closely with partnerships and distribution team to ensure operations from customers, network (agent/merchants) are working smoothly.
  • Guarantee with your team the well performances of network operations including funding/refunding, manage the services operations from 3rd party partners, reconciliations, settlement.
  • Work directly with business teams to identify operational pain points and provide workable solutions.
  • Align compliance, legal, finance and other departments for key processes to manage overall digital wallet operations.
  • Ensure high levels of quality and customer experience through designing efficient support processes and procedures.
  • Provide oversight of digital wallet operations including the client service team and act as a point of escalation for both the team
  • Minimize operational losses and failures by taking proactive measures to response to matters arising; identify and manage forward looking risks within the digital wallet operations.
  • Develop a digital wallet training plan to enhance staff knowledge of the product.
  • Creating reports detailing operational status, performance metrics, and identifying trends that may impact future performances

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with major in business administration.
  • 4-5 years of Experience managing E-wallet or digital banking or card operations
  • Advanced Excel & Powerpoint Skills
  • Knowledge of debit card processing including Visa rules, rewards, fraud, chargebacks, disclosures, regulations, statements, compliance, digital wallet, BIN, and portfolio management.
  • Knowledgeable of all fraud monitoring tools including, Alerts, Tokenization Notification for digital wallets.
