SOLUTIONS RH + EMPLOI SARL specialized in the provision of temporary staff, seeks for the needs of one of its customers : Mansory workers (Location Douala/Yaoundé) 

                                                                      

                                                                       Missions :

The main mission of the position will be to carry out the structural work of a house, an industrial building, offices or buildings. 

 As mansory worker, you will have to :

  Collect and study plans provided by the architects;

  Prepare the foundations;

  Carry out the drawing and the location;

  Pour the slab;

  Erect the walls: assemble the walls with mortar;

  Apply plaster;

  Erect partitions and facade panels.

  Carry out demolition, dismantling and earthworks

  Carry out the construction of pipes, water drainage and fencing of excavations

  Carry out sewerage and drainage works

  Making concrete curves on site, which involves forming, reinforcing and concreting

  Constructing masonry wall and exposed masonry

  Installing waterproofing and insulation systems

  Put in place concrete floors and coverings

  Carry out insulation, plastering and finishing work

  Respect and apply the necessary work safety and environmental protection measures.

                                                      Required Profile :

 Graduate from a professional masonry training program or other equivalent degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience;

 Knowledge of masonry techniques;

 Be resistant to weather conditions;

 Have a good sense of balance;

 Have the respect of the safety rules; 

 Have a sense of rigor and organization;

 Being bilingual would be an asset;

 Good communication and social skills;

 Punctuality and attendance;

 Ethical and honesty;

 Respect for hierarchy and company policies.
