Job Description: Rural Star Implementation Team (Subcontractor)

Overview
Afro Engineering Group is seeking qualified and experienced subcontractor teams to support the implementation of Rural Star sites across Cameroon. We are looking for fully integrated teams capable of delivering end-to-end site deployment in compliance with Huawei standards and project requirements.

Afro Engineering Group is seeking qualified and experienced subcontractor teams to support the implementation of Rural Star sites across Cameroon. We are looking for fully integrated teams capable of delivering end-to-end site deployment in compliance with Huawei standards and project requirements.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Scope of Work
The selected teams will be responsible for the complete execution of Rural Star site deployment, including but not limited to:
- Site survey and preparation
- Excavation and civil foundation works
- Tower erection (including pole or lightweight structures)
- Power system installation (if applicable)
- Telecom equipment (TE) installation
- Microwave (MW) installation and alignment
- Integration support and site readiness for commissioning
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Huawei Rural Star projects
- Ability to handle full turnkey site delivery independently
- Availability of a complete team (civil, rigging, installation, and MW engineers)
- Strong knowledge of Huawei installation standards and procedures
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Cameroon
- Hands-on experience with:
- Huawei systems and tools
- ISDP system usage and reporting
- Availability of necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
