Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Metabase, Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to define KPIs and track performance.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and databases for efficient data retrieval.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and hypotheses.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy.
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, non-technical language.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools/techniques.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (or equivalent projects/portfolio).
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical methods.
- Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis (libraries like Pandas, NumPy).
- Ability to translate business questions into data requirements.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Exposure to machine learning concepts.
- Experience in Fintech.
