We are looking for a customer service advisor with solid experience in after-sales service
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Reception and Intake: Greeting customers in person and over the phone, listening to their needs, and inspecting the vehicle to identify necessary repairs.
- Technical and Administrative Management: Opening repair orders (ROs), performing preliminary diagnostics, preparing estimates, scheduling service appointments with the workshop, and tracking replacement parts.
- Consulting and Sales: Selling maintenance services, maintenance packages, spare parts, and accessories.
- Handover and Billing: Reviewing and explaining the work performed, billing, collecting payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Building customer loyalty, updating the customer database, and proposing promotional offers
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales, or an equivalent degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Bilingualism is a plus
