The Role
We're looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for bringing brands to life across social media, creating engaging content, managing platforms, and helping our clients grow their online presence.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. If you love creating content, thrive on social media, and want to grow with an ambitious agency, we want to hear from you.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Write compelling captions and copy in English (French is a bonus)
- Design graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Edit short-form videos and reels from existing footage
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Monitor engagement and report on performance
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- What We're Looking For
- Active personal social media presence (show us you practice what you preach!)
- Strong written English, clear, creative, and error-free
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Based in Douala with the ability to work onsite
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or with brand clients
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Bilingual (English + French)
