Poste proposé : Associate Sales Development Representative - German Speaking

This is your chance to start off your career in sales here at Lokalise. We are looking for an Associate Sales Development Representative with a native level of fluency in German, who will learn and grow their skills, so that in time they can help prospects to see how Lokalise can increase their productivity, bring down costs, and shorten time to market.
You Will

  • Generally help prospects to see how Lokalise can increase their productivity, bring down costs, and shorten time to market
  • Search for potential customers and approach them through various channels (email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other social media)
  • Work with existing ideal customer profiles (ICP) and later, when you are familiar with Lokalise, come up with your own ideas on who our customers might be
  • Use our numerous warm email templates and come up with your own creative wording
  • Think of other innovative ways to attract the attention of prospects and create your own creative outreach strategy (including video outreach, gifs, etc.)
  • Deal with prospect questions and objections
  • Perform qualification calls
  • Manage your activities using the CRM
  • Learn, leverage, and help to improve our demand-generation and sales process.
  • Work together with the team to look for improvements and develop new approaches

You Must Have

  • German and English verbal and written communication skills of a native or fluent level
  • A positive, self-starter, resilient mindset
  • The desire to learn about both Lokalise and potential customers
  • Ambition to build a career in sales
  • Good attention to detail and ownership of the role as if it were your own business

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:

  • B2B SaaS industry knowledge
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
