Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to spearhead growth initiatives and forge strategic partnerships within the Fintech and digital banking sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record of driving business success.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and enhance market share within the Fintech and digital banking sectors.
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with other fintech companies, financial institutions, and technology providers to expand KiiBank’s offerings and customer base.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, enabling informed decision-making.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring alignment with KiiBank’s overall goals.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and seminars to promote KiiBank, generate leads, and build relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for business development initiatives and report on progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to maximize value and align with KiiBank’s strategic objectives.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of fintech products, digital banking solutions, and emerging trends in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
