- Ensure the operational management of audit assignments
- Supervising and training junior auditors
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing audit reports and documentation
- Strong command of audit methodology and best practices
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an audit/accounting firm or the audit department of a company
- Maturity, dynamism, integrity
- Organized, proactive, committed, motivated and excellent team player
- Excellent in building relationships and communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Problem solving
- Master's degree in accounting, management control, audit, banking
- French and/or English
