As a KYC Agent, your primary mission will be to support PaySika users, using all available means provided by the Leads, in verifying their identity (KYC).

As a KYC Agent, your primary mission will be to support PaySika users, using all available means provided by the Leads, in verifying their identity (KYC).
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of client account activities for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) purposes.
- Identify various compliance risks and escalate them to management.
- Ensure the documents submitted by clients comply with banking regulations.
- Make outbound calls to assist users through their account verification process.
- Guide new registrants through the finalization of their account verification.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Banking & Finance, Control & Audit, Management, or any other field related to the position.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a role related to compliance or account onboarding.
- Proficiency in the English language is a major asset.
