Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveillance Operator based in Douala V. As a Video Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds from client security cameras in real time, detecting and analyzing any suspicious or unusual activity. Your duties will include alerting clients in case of an incident, preparing detailed reports on observed events, and collaborating with a team to ensure 24/7 coverage.The agent will monitor and manage security systems, review footage, and ensure security protocols are followed. The operator will also report incidents, communicate effectively with team members.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Surveillance and Investigation techniques
- Ability to assist with Training new staff members
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
