Poste proposé : Software Engineer - Yaoundé
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who thrives on solving real-world problems through technology and innovation. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical excellence, and a drive to build scalable, user-centric solutions. As a member of our dynamic development team, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that support our business goals and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, and operations) to define and deliver features.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle — from requirements analysis to deployment.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
- Explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product performance.
- Contribute to product architecture and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go).
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture, API development, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest in startups, product innovation, or building scalable digital platforms.
