ofi is a key player in Cameroon's cocoa sector. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our sourcing operations.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
The Branch Coordinator will oversee and drive:
- Buying volumes & market share.
- Quality assurance at all buying points.
- Logistics coordination for smooth and cost-efficient flows.
- Credit risk management with suppliers and partners.
- Compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and company standards.
- ofi Systems & processes to ensure transparency and traceability.
- People management ~ ensuring engagement of decentralized teams across cocoa zones.
- Market information gathering & analysis to inform strategy.
- Supplier & stakeholder relationship management.
- Cost optimization initiatives.
- Overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- MBA + minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, OR
- A degree in business related field+ minimum 7 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or agri-commodities (cocoa preferred).
- Proven leadership managing decentralized teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and operational excellence.
