Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and Rice product
- knowledge to reach the targets and goals set for his area
- Overseeing and conducting market research
- Make growth in the existing area and penetrate the new area
- Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding sales performance
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers and increase market share
- Follow-up and design route planning for the Junior sales team
- Suggest useful actions for retaining customers
- Provide support and expertise to the RSM in the efficient marketing of our products
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Must have completed at least a Bachelor's degree
- Commerce/ business/ management/ Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 05 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience for consumer goods companies
- Very fluent in French and Arabic and Fulfulde. English will be a plus
- Knowledge of or experience with internet sales methods, such as digital marketing will be a plus
- Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
- Effective people skills and relationship building skills to
- interact with potential clients, customers, and team members on a regular basis
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
