We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Regional Field Coordinator to lead and oversee our field operations within the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies, supervising field teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance to meet company objectives.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Regional Field Coordinator to lead and oversee our field operations within the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies, supervising field teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance to meet company objectives.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Supervise, coach, and coordinate the activities of field staff (sales agents, technicians, promoters, or distributors
depending on your business). - Monitor regional KPIs and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to support teams and ensure market presence.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate field personnel.
- Act as the primary link between headquarters and field operations.
- Analyze regional performance data and produce actionable reports.
- Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
- Represent the company in regional meetings or events as needed.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience (2–5+ years) in field operations, or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital field reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
