Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
MISSIONS:
The Site Warehouses Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of all warehouse activities at the site. This includes overseeing inventory handling, ensuring operational efficiency, and organizing re-
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch);
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control;
- Organize and deliver timely reports to support planning and decision-making;
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams;
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in Warehouse processes;
- Monitor and manage warehouse space utilization and layout optimization;
- Ensure proper labeling, coding, and traceability of all materials;
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy;
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse management, preferably in an industrial environment;
- Bilingual: Proficient in French and English;
- Solid understanding of industrial warehouse operations;
- In-depth knowledge of raw materials, item coding, and product descriptions;
- Strong skills in inventory analysis and stock optimization
