Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Missions
- Assist the treasurer in managing and monitoring cash flows to ensure the availability, security and proper use of the company’s cash resources.

- Assist the treasurer in managing and monitoring cash flows to ensure the availability, security and proper use of the company’s cash resources.
- Monitor receipts, issue checks and transfer orders.
- Assist in the control and payment process.
- Ensure control of banking operations (bank reconciliations, claims and reminders to banks.
- Prepare monthly bank reports.
- Participate in the analysis and monthly reporting of treasury activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills
- Good knowledge of treasury tools (cash management software, bank payment tools)
- Good knowledge of general and cost accounting
- Good command of treasury techniques
- Knowledge of banking mechanisms and means of payment
- Knowledge of current regulations (DHADA)
Special requirements
- Experience in a similar position in an insurance company would be an asset.
- Good analytical and monitoring skills.
- Availability during closing periods or exceptional operations.
Prerequisite
- Education: 2 years’ higher education in Insurance, Finance or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
