JOB ADVERT: RECEPTIONNIST

TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.

We are looking for RECEPTIONNIST.

Key Accountabilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting ,welcoming, and directing them appropriately,
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival,
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries ,
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have an HND/BTS in communication or related area;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software;
• Basic knowledge on Typing.

Capabilities and Skills :

• Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
• Ability to solve new problem;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Good Analytical skills;
• A dynamic person;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
