We are looking for an Accountant (M/F) to ensure the integrity of the accounts, supervise operations, and contribute to reliable monthly closings.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
The Accountant is the Guardian of the General Ledger. He is responsible for the integrity of the full trial balance, ensuring that all accounting classes are accurately maintained, reconciled, and reported to provide a "Single Source of Truth" for Glotelho's financial position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and maintain the Chart of Accounts and Fixed Asset Register, ensuring all capital investments and equity are accurately recorded.
- Directly manage the accounting for assets, inventory values, and general expenses/revenue, while supervising the AP and AR specialized ledgers.
- Create and implement a "Fast-Close" protocol to produce verified monthly Balance Sheets and P&L statements, including any other reports needed by management.
- Control daily entries in the ERP to ensure 100% accuracy in OHADA and GAAP compliance.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management Control.
- Knowledge of OHADA standards and experience with ERP systems.
- Proven ability to build accounting workflows from scratch and work independently without supervision.
