Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
The ideal candidate will provide medical support in a construction/industrial environment, ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering emergency and routine care to employees.
Keys Responsabilities

- Collaborate with the medical team and implement safety protocols.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care on-site.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor workplace-related illnesses/injuries.
- Implement occupational health protocols (e.g., injury prevention, vaccination programs).
- Maintain medical records and coordinate with local healthcare facilities when needed.
- Educate staff on safety, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Formation : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or corporate health settings
- Certification in First Aid, BLS, or Occupational Health (a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Cameroonian health/safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
