Position: Marketing Specialist – Volunteer (with pathway to paid role)
Location: Yaoundé (Remote + occasional in-office presence)
Availability: Part-time, 10–15 hours per week
Duration: 3 months
Language: French preferred, English is an asset

About the Role
As a volunteer Marketing Specialist, you will support the team in designing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our agency’s visibility and impact, while also contributing to client projects.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies
- Contribute to campaign planning and execution
- Conduct basic market research (competitor analysis, audience targeting, etc.)
- Write content for email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and promotions
- Support brand development projects for clients
- Track and analyze marketing performance indicators
- Collaborate with content creators and community managers
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Based in Yaoundé and available to report physically when needed
- Solid foundation in digital marketing and/or communication
- Creative thinker with strategic insight
- Strong writing skills (French required; English is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work remotely
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite
- Interest in startups, small businesses, and digital branding
