Description du poste

Job title                       : Marketing Communication Segment Manager (Product & Insights)

Department                 : Marketing & Brand Communication

Reporting Line             : Head Marketing & Brand Communication

Location                      : Douala

Job purpose: Lead UBA consumer behavior understanding, explore market trends and opportunities to the design & implementation of product marketing activities that will make UBA Cameroon a market leader across all relevant industry parameters

 Key Accountabilities:

To design and implement a robust product marketing for every business partner (Digital, Retail, Remittances, SME, Corporate, Trade, Treasury) that will boost the brand and achieve Business KPIs
Follow up yearly UBA products road map and conduct testy prior any launch

Design and execute efficient & attractive promotions on UBA products
Lead communication plan and events breakdown per Products
Identify opportunities to improve productivity via statistical modeling built and dashboard implementation and monitoring
Drive benchmark and comparative analysis of market products, services and pricing
To build and drive an excellent customer service culture and implement strong retention programs across the bank
Grow the bank’s customer base across Cameroon and ensure retention
Ensure products ROI per products and elaborate correctives actions all along the year if necessary
Tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities.
Timely completion of reports and assigned activities

Minimum Education Qualifications :

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
(MBA, MSC, MA, ML and /or professional qualification compulsory)
Work Experience

Minimum relevant banking experience; 2-5 years. Minimum non-banking but related experience; 3
