Poste proposé : Digital Marketer - Douala
With the increase in our marketing initiatives and a growing demand for more targeted and effective online campaigns, it has become crucial to enhance our digital marketing team. The new specialist would play a key role in supporting our expanded strategy, driving brand awareness, and optimizing online campaigns to reach broader audiences.
We are looking for Digital Marketer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for optimizing campaign performance.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and manage content across all digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visual and written content.
- Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging, and consistent content.
- Social Media Management:
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly and professionally.
- Social Campaign Planning: Create and implement social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
- Strong sense on trends of frequently used social platforms and short video platforms
- Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders-- agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach.
- Work closely with PR and Design team on content production and
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement relevant innovations.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Digital Marketer - Douala
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing digital strategies, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and Social Tools (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TIK TOK, YouTube et
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), and design tools (e.g., Ad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in social media management and strategy
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends , technologies and competitor strategies
