Poste proposé : Executive Assistant - Douala
We are looking for an Executive Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Manager, ensuring ecient oce operations and contributing to the overall success of the team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and prociency in various software applications.
Key Responsibilities General Administrative Support:
● Answer and support phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
● Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
● Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports using various software (e.g., Microsoft Oce Suite, Google Workspace).
● Manage and maintain ling systems (both physical and electronic).
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
● Order and maintain oce supplies and equipment.
● Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
● Process expense reports and invoices.
● Run errands.
Communication and Correspondence:
● Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and memos.
● Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Data Entry and Record Keeping.
● Maintain accurate records and databases.
● Enter data into spreadsheets and other applications.
● Generate reports as needed.
Project Support:
● Assist with project coordination and tracking.
● Prepare project-related documentation.
● Conduct basic research.

Requirements Experience:
● Two years of experience in an administrative support role.
Soft Skills:
● Prociency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) or Microsoft Oce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Perfectly bilingual written and spoken French / English.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Be proactive, a self-starter and a go-getter.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Knowledge of oce procedures and equipment.
Preferred Qualications:
● Industry knowledge: A good understanding of the ICT sector, particularly Fintechs.
● Bilingual: Fluency in French and English is an absolute asset.
