SOLUTIONS RH+ EMPLOI SARL, a company focused on providing temporary labor, seeks regarding to their client’s needs: We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor (Location: Douala/Yaoundé)

Missions:

The main mission of the position will be to Ensure the management (administrative and operational) of the personnel assigned to the site for which it is responsible Your mission will consist of;

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
  • Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview;
  • Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes;
  • Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment.

Qualifications and  expérience, capabilities and skills :

  • Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management;
  • Over 3 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management ;
  • Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC);
  • Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;
  • Be confidential and rigurous ;
  • Have good sense of organization;
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Speaking English would be a plus;
  • Punctuality and Attendance ;
  • Proactivity and flexibility (ability to take up a challenge);
  • Team Spirit and prone to team work
