Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Day-Old Chick Technical-Commercial Manager based in Douala V.
The individual will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of the day-old chick division, which includes developing business plans, overseeing commercial activities, managing contracts, and leading a team. The role also involves analyzing operational performance data to ensure business objectives are met and strategizing ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and operational data
* Experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning to drive growth and profitability
* Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to inspire and manage team members effectively
* Expertise in Contract Management to oversee agreements and partnerships
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Agriculture, or a related field
* Experience in the poultry or agricultural sector is a plus
