WS Market Research is looking for 4 Human Resource interns to join their team of passionate workforce. They shall recruits participants for our large market research projects.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans to recruits project participants based on project goals
• In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company.
• Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
• Conducts interviews alongside the managing director
• Contacts all successful candidates for employment
• Handles the on-boarding process, induction and orientation for new employees
• In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
• Analyses employee performance
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Qualification and eligibility:

• Minimum HND or BTS in Human Resource management.
• Bilingual
• Lives in Yaounde
• Computer proficiency skills
• Public speaking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
