𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 (Advanced)

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞

• Should have 4+ years of Experience in Costumer Engagement;
• Hands on experience in MS Dynamics Dynamics 365;
• Customer Engagement Apps;
• Should have implemented (end to end) at least 3 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements;
• Should have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects);
• Proven experience in working in collaboration with other Microsoft Dynamics products and the Power Platform;
• Experience in fit gap analysis;
• Good client facing skills;
• Provide guidance to the team and resolve functional issues and questions;
• Leading and mentoring team members;
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-200 + MB-210);
• Additional certifications are an advantage e.g. (MB-220, MB-230).
