Glotelho is a leading company in the sale of electronics and household appliances in Cameroon. We offer a wide range of high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated salesperson to join our dynamic team at our Yaoundé store.
Job Summary
As an Electronics and Appliances Salesperson at Glotelho Yaoundé, you will play a key role in achieving our sales goals by advising and assisting customers with their purchases. You will be responsible for presenting products, answering customer questions, completing sales transactions, and building customer loyalty.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Discover customer needs and expectations by asking open-ended questions.
- Present the features and benefits of electronics and appliances in a clear and concise way.
- Demonstrate products in operation and answer technical questions from customers.
- Assist customers in choosing products that best meet their needs and budget.
- Recommend complementary products and associated services (warranties, installation, etc.).
- Process sales transactions using the cash register system.
- Pack products and assist customers with transporting them to their vehicle if necessary.
- Maintain an attractive and organized presentation of the electronics and appliances department.
- Track inventory and report any out-of-stock products to the store manager.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- High School Diploma (BAC) or equivalent.
- Retail sales experience with electronics and/or appliances (an asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and upselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and goal achievement skills.
- Good knowledge of electronics and appliances (an asset).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English (an asset).
