We are a food storage, drying, and distribution company that sources products from smallholder
farmers, whom we support during the season with input loans and training, so that they can be more
productive. We transform the farmers’ produce into standardized, graded products that we sell across
the country, to buyers who can be sure of the quality they receive.

We provide agricultural financial solutions and services to smallholder farmers. Our asset-based credit
is in the form of fertilizer, seeds and crop protection products, enabling farmers to be more productive.

market segments in Cameroon.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, people-person, who has experience in FMCG sales & institutional
partnerships. This role requires you to feel comfortable in various environments whether that is in a
corporate boardroom, a production facility, or farm. The qualified candidate has to be aware of current
trends in the food & beverage industry, local regulatory/quality assurance requirements, as well as
global industry trends. An expert at this job would be very organized, pay attention to details &
prioritize their work. This position will provide support to the sales & marketing team and will work
closely with our production teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer development & retention
● Support the development, establishment and nurturing of positive business and customer
relationships with our current clients
● Maintain database of customer activity, annual targets & other from whom they procure grain;
Sales tracking & reporting
● Partner closely with our internal support teams, including finance, Production & HR to ensure
that we have the resources to meet targets
Monitor sales to ensure inventory levels & production speed are appropriate, in partnership with our
production & sales teams Company events & trade fairs
● Be the face of the Company where necessary at forums, trade fairs & local food policy
workshops
● Research what events (forums, trade fairs, trainings) are happening in relevant market
segments for our representation
● Coordinate participation & representation at all events from start to finish even when not in
attendance;


Qualifications
● At least one year of professional sales or business development experience
● A demonstrated ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time, and keep track of a
variety of work-streams
● Must have computer skills: professional email communication skills, excel/powerpoint analysis,
and proficient typing skills
● Experience with CRM platforms is preferred
● Experience in business start is preferred
● Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are required
● Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate at all levels across the
organization
● Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Comfortable with frequent and spontaneous work travel
● Must be proficient in English & French (both written & oral)
● Must be comfortable with technology: Google Drive, Trello, Slack, Zoom, & other internal
platforms;
