Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Vehicle Salesperson to drive our sales and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our diverse range of motor vehicles and other equipment. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong customer relationships, showcase our products effectively, and meet challenging sales targets.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Professionally present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Advise customers on the best vehicle options to meet their needs.
- Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close deals.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product lineup and the competitive market.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for vehicles. We require the following:
- Education: A Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively on a team.
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
