- Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
- Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
- Create mockups and prototypes to assist with the development
- Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
- Carry out demos on the company's products with prospects and customers
- Follow up with the customers in their training on the operation of the software.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Scrum or Agile experience
- Ability to work easily in a team
- 2+ years of experience
- Bilingual (English and French)
